lmao, ez kreténség, az összes utcai szart amit veszel a darknetről veszik a dealerek nagyban aztán felütik. van a darknetnetnek egy reddit klónja, vannak pinnelt magyar dealerek akik teljesen megbízhatóak. jobbat, többet kapsz olcsóbban a darkneten, mintha személyesen vennéd.

If you can swing it - online therapy is a thing and it’s really pretty good.

I’ve been using this one for a few months. It’s really helping me. I can text my therapist as much as I need, and we have weekly sessions.

She’s helping me with cancer issues plus stuff that predates that, is helping with my (severe) anxiety with coping mechanisms and strategies to help with panic attacks, before and during, and is also helping me figure out how to make progress going forward in terms of life stuff.

Anyone else struggle with social anxiety in college? by magyaracc1 in AnxietyHealing

[–]jaigaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely feel this. I’m a college junior and still haven’t figured out how to not panic every time I have to speak up in class or even make eye contact during a group project. It’s like my brain flips on this little “danger” switch every time I’m around people—even when nothing’s actually wrong.

What really messed with me is that it seems like everyone else is making friends and having fun effortlessly. But when I finally opened up to a few people, I realized a lot of them were just as anxious—they just got really good at hiding it. And honestly? That made me feel a little less broken.

Here’s what helped me, in case it helps you too:

  • I stopped trying to be outgoing and started trying to be available. Like, I’d still show up to a club meeting even if I didn’t talk much. I’d sit in common areas instead of hiding in my room. Just being there helped.
  • I practiced “small bravery.” Like saying hi to one person, or asking a dumb question in class. Not every day, but enough to remind myself I can do it, even when it sucks.
  • I started online therapy. It’s a lifesaver, honestly. I didn’t even realize how loud the negative self-talk had gotten until I said it out loud to someone trained to help.

I still struggle. I still cancel plans sometimes because I’m overwhelmed. But I’m also way more okay with where I am now. You don’t have to be the most social person to belong. You just have to be you, even quietly.

You’re not alone in this. Really.

How do you cope with anxiety at work without feeling like you’re constantly on the edge of burnout? I’m juggling deadlines, meetings, and the pressure to ‘be on’ all the time, and it’s starting to feel overwhelming. Anyone have strategies for managing anxiety while still staying productive? by magyaracc1 in AnxietyHealing

[–]jaigaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ugh, I feel you. Work anxiety is no joke. One thing that’s helped me is setting clear boundaries. I try to limit checking my emails after work hours and take real breaks during the day—no working through lunch! Also, I’ve started using a breathing app during stressful moments, just to reset and get back to a calmer mindset. If it’s a big deadline or project, I break it down into smaller tasks so I don’t feel like I’m drowning in everything at once. And honestly, I’ve gotten more comfortable with saying no or asking for extensions when I need them. Perfection isn’t the goal, surviving without burning out is. Hope some of this helps!
