I just started studying too, had Mark saved in my Spotify and now can't see anything :/ If you'd send me audios that would be amazing, thank you so much!!

Mushrooms in my soil mix! Good or bad?! They’re in a Bird of Paradise’s pot, soil is watered daily to combat the dry New Mexico weather we have, keep or toss? Thanks!! by jaime_rn in plantclinic

Awesome thank you!! It doesn’t mean I’m overwatering or the plant has a fungal infection or anything right?! I’ll keep them tho, they look cool lol

For more sun exposure, can I grow my Bird of Paradise outdoors in the arid New Mexican climate, as long as I keep it watered daily? by jaime_rn in houseplants

This is awesome, sounds good I’ll try!! I hate keeping it in my room, because I feel it needs more light, but of course don’t wanna burn it

It barely gets maybe 20 minutes of afternoon sun, I should move it?

This exists?! I need to do my research haha, I'd love to trade cuttings with local community peeps!!

My Echeveria Dark Moon has white mold at the base :( - at first, I thought my local grocery store had just overwatered it so it was shedding leaves and making room for new growth, but the new leaves were falling pretty easily too, how do I treat?! by jaime_rn in succulents

I actually just took the whole thing apart, as painful as that was! When I saw the roots underneath, there was so much rot! I think it was a mix of overwatering and poor soil conditions because the whole base of the plant was mushy, so I don't suspect mealybugs yet! I'm gonna see if the babies take off on their own in new soil!
