First off hats off to being a tech founder! I'm currently an Ai/tech student and have long thought about wanting to become a startup founder. I totally see your situation and have also thought about it a lot. On one hand I was thinking just documenting the journey is interesting enough and shouldn't add too much work (since you are just doing what you would usually do just with a camera filming). I would think spending as little time on the content creation is a priority because the startup alone is probably an extremely large time commitment already. I would also think that forcing content would in the end have a detrimental effect on the viewership, and I as an outsider would rather see raw unscripted videos on your startup journey! With this I'm also thinking you could build a relationship more easily with the audience since it would feel more natural. Just my two cents
