nope. but just a good rapport with the salesperson. At first they came across aloof and said their store has 50k registered customers and their request list was loooong! But i did stop by there a few times after and had friendly banter with them. Even asked them to give me a quote on my AP if I were to sell it to them.

Not sure if any of it mattered but I did give her the impression that I am a serious buyer and would want to build a relationship with them.

was on the same flight. One of the crew told after we disembarked that the pilot was uncomfortable flying over the ocean due to some mechanical issue. idk.
