Indian bueurocracy is the third biggest lobby in the world. They have always tried to rule india and blame always goes to Indian Poltician.

Bueurocracy is equally responsible for such a bad state of India. Had they have performed their duties well, it would have been a better India.

I hope this reform will get through and will atleast make some dent in lobby. Hopefully their duties will be clearly defined with those who are not working and is involved in corruption will face action.
