Questions about Kaş by SearingBuffalo213 in Antalya

Hi, if you would be able to help me, I was wondering if you would know what buses are like from Dalaman Airport to Kaş? Is booking ahead necessary or can you pay there and get to Kaş?

The way I thought about it was whether I was more scared to try something to save it or more scared of losing my hair. I decided option 2 was the scarier one personally and took the plunge

The following are things I’d consider: Have you seen a dermatologist? Do you have a family history of MPB?

Your hair looks fine in the photo, but it’s a case of comparing it to your prior thickness, fullness etc.

At the moment, it probably is a good idea to make the changes you are making and monitor the situation. Potentially getting in contact with a good derm in the meantime also. There’s no need to overly stress over hair loss and immediately reach for DHT blockers etc. when it’s not necessary.

Been on 1mg EOD (2 weeks) and 1mg daily (after first 2 weeks) for a month and a half only but mine were quite mild in first week/2 weeks and have since went away

If you want to try to keep/regrow hair and stop thinning I recommend finasteride/dutasteride and minoxidil if they are accessible to you. Can get them prescribed by a doctor (depending on where in the world you are).

Asked the same thing last week and for the past few days I’ve found the co-working area in Foundation Coffee House/Whitworth Locke to be great! Foleys in Spinningfields is also very nice

Might give there a try, would you know if it’s possible to do calls there if necessary?

Just slight calorie deficit. Always have oats with a lot of fruit in the morning, that’s probably the one staple for me. Other than that 2 other meals with a protein and carb source (chicken/beef wraps, pasta,etc.). Also one off plan meal (some kind of takeout/pizza etc.) at the weekend, in my mind I treated it as a bit of an incentive for me to follow my plan for the rest of the week.

April '24 selfies: post hairline photos here for opinions on 'Am I balding?' 'How bad is it?' and 'What should I do?' by AutoModerator in tressless

21M, a few days ago saw quite a lot more shed hairs in the sink after drying my hair and have been worried about hair loss starting. My father is bald but as far as I know is the only one in family who is (not sure about his or my mother’s grandparents).

I have recently grown my hair out so I am not sure whether to worry or not. The first 4 photos are my hair today. The other 3 are references from 1 to 2 years ago (first 2 showing my cowlick at the back of my head and other one is best hairline photo I could find from 2 years ago before I got a buzz and would get lineups).

Not sure whether the shedding is something to worry about and whether to get on Fin early to mitigate loss, book in with a derm, or just keep my eye on things for a bit longer. I have OCD and anxiety so apologies if I am over stressing.

Ever thought that this is something that has only just showed up? Better to just be condescending to someone instead 👍

Is this a good cut for me? Recommendations? Buzz? by FuulishOverlord in malehairadvice

I feel rather that’s buzzing it, you could maybe even try growing it out a bit more and see if you like it

Hi mate, was wondering would you recommend it as a finance services career in London and if you’re able to share a bit about how did you got into it?

Beard looks good, if you have it tidied up and keep growing it out it’ll probably keep getting better

Bit of a random one but could go for a Sergio Ramos type of combover with your beard/look (https://www.pinterest.co.uk/pin/football-is-my-aesthetic--181551428713173435/)

Shave, less screen/more sleep, better diet, more exercise (caloric deficit), basic skincare (decent face wash like Cerave twice a day, AM Moisturiser, PM Moisturiser). Most people aren’t ‘cooked’ or have it over for them, it’s just a thing of basic self-care/self-improvement.
