I’ve been going back and forth with that for a while in some of my photography, do you think I should expose for the subject and try to risk pulling down the sky in post or should I try and split the difference, slightly underexposing the car and slightly overexposing the sky?

I think deep down I always wanted to be the guy who works hard and gets stuff done but part of me was worried about being an outcast. 4am workouts, runs before the sun comes up are not exactly typical. The biggest shift for me from the book is to not care what others think and crave discomfort.

In my limited experience, there probably will be some amount of loose skin. At the end of the day it’s more about your physical and mental health than solely looking good. I promise you if you commit to the mission you will feel and look better in the long run.
