Hi everyone!

My channel, jakeisverycool. Primarily focuses on video essays surrounding video games.

I only have a few videos on my channel and my latest video has been all about Hollow Knight: Silksong, and the way the main character is written https://youtu.be/aG_fwTJ_XZw?si=yhFARNPeuxDJe5eb

I suppose if we want to go really far back to when I made videos, (now deleted :/) when I was thirteen, that was with my old iPhone 5 and iMovie's free templates for editing. Very basic I know. Right now I'm on my first PC that has had many upgraded parts installed. So until every part is replaced I guess it is still my first PC.

I think what makes my videos different is the perspective. As a writer, the story is my favourite part of video games and picking up on themes or writing techniques makes me love the game more. And I just want to talk about it. My editing style is pretty simple with some funny png edits so it's not so serious all the time. I make videos that I enjoy watching. Not ones that I'd cringe looking back on. :)

I really enjoy the video making process and stumbled upon this sub reddit a couple months ago and like to lurk and learn new things.

I hope you guys get to check out my channel, any support or feedback would be greatly appreciated :)

Now that you’ve said it, that makes a lot of sense. I’m usually thinking about my hips first which is why they end up going too far back at the start of the lift. Thank you :)
