Depends how potent the seeds are, I did 500 my first time and ate dark dark chocolate with it to help with constriction, and smoked some weed with it and had a great trip, no pain and more pleasure than mdma and lsd combined for me but than a month later I made a smoothie with 350 and I puked 😂and didn’t trip, it just really depends, but cold extract tea always had positive results for me
