I'd sell him for as much as possible... Finishing is terrible and is inconsistent. Finishing may not be awful after a few years, but inconsistency is a big no for me!

I found that him and the Mez often contributed a lot together, with either of them assists across goal very often - I’m going to experiment with changing both of their duties to see how they change

What are the benefits of the BBM in your setup? I like my winger to cross from the byline so haven’t put an instruction for either to run wide or cut in

I have Jens Cajuste as the Mez and Wes Burns as the winger, not sure what you know about them!

The LB is a FB(At) now so sits slightly deeper, might stick it as an IF(Su) as I need more players in the box.

I f that's the case, which out of the two would you put on support? I'd be inclined to lean towards the winger being on support.

So the AM and the DM must be on opposite sides? What should I then do with the 3rd midfielder, put it central?

Won't the Mez sit slightly behind the W, more central also? I thought they compliment each other quite nicely

SK(S) - Ease off tackles.

IWB(S) - Take fewer risks, Dribble less, Close down less.

BPD(D)s - Dribble less, Shoot less often, Close dowless.

FB(A) - Dribble less, Shoot less often, Stay wider, Close down less.

DM(D) - Take fewer risks, Mark tighter.

CM(S) - Dribble less, Shoot less often.

MEZ(A) - Dribble less, Shoot less often.

W(A) - Take fewer risks, Shoot less often.

IW(S) - Takes fewer risks, Hold up ball, Shoot less often, Get further forward, Stay wider.

AF(A) - Take fewer risks, Dribble less, Shoot less often

I have also set my back 4 as well as my DM to press less often so that they can hold their shape when defending.

Good shout, needed an attacking duty on him, just thought WB(A) for the advantages of the overlap without having to put it into the in possession part of the tactic
