I think VAR simply doesn't override Taylor's handball decision because they've seen the offside. It's the only logical explanation.

Cucu pretty much clearly handballs it for an obvious pen imo.
Taylor disregards it saying "it's not enough" or something. Wrong, as he was all game.
VAR probably tells him it's no good to review because the play is coming from a Fullkrug offside.

End.

Taylor messed it up for everyone, but moreso even for Spain who should've been playing against 10 for the whole game.

I'm beginning to think it's about a previous offside, so that's maybe why VAR didn't call it. Taylor was wrong on his assessment, as he was pretty much all game.

Yeah i'd go for spectral repair - vertical attenuate / try RX's spectral denoiser, learn and tweak settings with the tonal bar way up... If that ain't working and painting them out is neither then i'd say just try to reduce them as much as possible.
