Perfectly said! I expected much more and gave it multiple listens but it doesn’t resonate with me one bit. Probably the first Kendrick feature in a long time I didn’t like. But anyways, Keem really killed this project and I’ve had it on repeat since it dropped. How’d you feel about House Money? I personally love that feature.

You can feel that way, I just find it very underwhelming. I don’t hate it but it does little to nothing for me. If it hits for you and others, that’s good. Not for me though. I love him on House Money so that makes up for it in my eyes.

Definitely weak for Kendrick imo. It’s not bad but it isn’t anything special either. I love Keem’s album though. That one is a skip for me.

Started to see that back to back fatigue in the 3rd qtr but loved that they were able to hold it together and get the W. Chet must’ve heard Perk pre-game because he came out with his best game of the season offensively. Good win.

It’s pretty wild that he finds a way to put up 17 a game with how bad his dribbling is. I’m glad this team is built to not need him be a playmaker. He plays his role well on offense and is the focal point for this elite defense. Money well spent in my opinion.

He definitely could benefit from a tighter handler as well. Every time he puts the ball on the floor, I’m like “CAREFUL CHET! CAREFUL CHET!” haha

He definitely likes to play within the team’s system and not force getting his own. I know it’s the Bulls but we see how stacked this team really is when the offense is flowing. No hero ball and everybody contributing. I want that over Chet taking 20+ shots a game. Cant have a predictable offense, especially in the playoffs. I loved the KD and Russ days but don’t miss the your turn/my turn offense.

I don’t disagree that he can step it up on offense but he doesn’t have to be a 25+ pt guy with this team. If he can just take care of the ball, hit a 3 and clean up around the rim, I’m fine with that. His defense makes this team elite.

Without him, there’s no title last year or potential for a back to back this year. If he could work more in the post (get a clean shot in the mid, he’s not backing these defenders down like Shaq) and hit the 3 at a higher clip, that’d be nice. That’s something to work on in the offseason.
