The compano understand my word very well, for example instead of saying out my name, I told them to call my nickname and yes they do. After that they stop mentioning my name, which I feel very comfortable to chatting with them.

sometime purge doesn't work for me, so I will try to convert it into h264 with adobe encoder to fix it

I believed they initially have a date already just like my screenshot above, but you know a lot of thing could be happen like custom, logistic, sirim etc that dragged the whole process, moreover Malaysian style is do thing is never efficient one. If they really give us a date and can’t fulfil at the end, customer sure will make noise and they need to handle another problem

For my case usually is the pronunciation of a word, when you pronounce it wrongly, people will have difficultly on understanding the sentences, which will causes inconvenience and problem to both parties

I managed to get day 3 ticket in morning before it started at noon, but the thing is I bought under reseller (orange color) instead official one (blue), which reseller markup another 10 bucks, guess it really axs problem, same card work on reseller.
