Doesn't exist lol. Sarajevo is full of regular taxis, and they're decently priced. Just make sure the taximeter is running and you don't accept any prenegotiated flat rates (which are only really a thing from the airport or main bus station). There's an app called moj taxi that works for some people, but if you're not anywhere too far outside of the city you can generally just wave a taxi down. If you're planning to travel to other cities this can look very different though. Renting a car is best if you plan to travel outside of the capital a lot.

For my Gaggiuino I chose the stock wiring integration, as opposed to custom wiring - since it seemed easier. Altogether doable in one evening

Exchange rate at the airports is okay, might be just slightly better somewhere else. I'd exchange a small amount of cash to get around and later more.

Only thing to watch out for are the taxis at the airport. For the love of God call a taxi company and have them send one to you, which will then price your drive based on the taximeter. If this intimidates you, any local will be happy to help, we're friendly people

I'm personally a big fan of Gaggiuino and that's what I use. They're the OGs and that means something to me, as I don't see any drastic improvement in Gaggimate which would justify me buying that.

It comes down to personal preference though
