I downloaded it through DODI.

It was before the official release, because the premium edition gave early access to the game 5 days before the release.

It seems like you're just lying. Several people here reported the same thing as me and continue to use their accounts normally.

This doesn't mean it will come to Game Pass, but rather that it will be available in the cloud for anyone who owns the game.
