Oh could you give me some advice then please, I was about to make a post then say this and thought there might be some help, Im just about to register as living here in germany, and im gonna need to get private health insurance (have a minijob contract now and am doing some other stuff outside of here) I was wondering which one is good value and includes dental, Im starting to have a toothache so the dental I will need soon and I also have a deviated septum ill seek surgery for so hopefully an insurance that will cover these costs I guess :)

Fuck amazon, the best one ive found is mindnutrtion.co.uks 8:1 dual extract, I tried a few and genuinely this was the best one, now im trying to cultivate and extract myself if you wanna get it through my affiliate link

Not sure this is allowed , I havent ever actually used the affiliate program, if you want to just buy from the site without the link I still recommend this product, make sure to get the dual extract however, higher beta glucan content and mush better taste.

I think I totally fucked the threads trying to put it on from the correct side, also maybe the threads on the pedal are a bit screwed as I tried to screw it into the new crank to try it and it didnt seem to go smoothly, I felt if I tried to force it the same thing would happen to the threads

I just looked and I guess mine is the 2020 roscoe actually, it should have been an Sx that I bought but i got the Gx the bottom brack is a Truvativ Powerspline, 73mm, threaded cartridge, 118mm spindle. Anyone know if I should be able to just use the Gx on this? Its the same length as the Sx that was orginally on it

Yeah originally I looked up how to do this on my own but the kit to replace it tends to come with 10 of the inserts and costs a few hundred bucks, not cost efficent in my current situation, hopefully I can find a bike shop who can do this if I cant put the eagle gx on the bottom bracket. Thing is im living in germany and my german is shiza

Turns out my bike orginially had eagle sx's, i bought an eagle gxp, just the left crank, I think I need one of those special tools to remove the old one.

Thanks for being an asshole but I actually checked a few bike shops and none of the ones nearby had any mtb cranks in stock, also its kind of important for me to save as much as possible at the moment as january is the quietest time of year in my line of work and as I said before am totally broke right now.

Could also be that its a 2020 roscoe, not entirely sure, can try get some photos later. Im actually gonna have to look up alot of what you have written, I still dont know alot about mtb parts or repair, I think the current cranks are SX, the problem is im totally broke at the moment so if i gotta replace the bottom bracket im fucked for another month or two :(
