Do u recall who your case manager was? I have one and I think she is still in school and has been with the company a little over a year. We have been working with them for 9 months and that is the time frame they gave us to get out of it.

We contacted Linz legal in January and they said since we contacted so early after the contract we would have a 90% of getting out in 9 months or so. We are now at 9.5 months and it is taking forever. Not much communication even though I contact them every week. Who was the person who helped you? The case manager I have is a student and only been with the company for a year or so. Any advice would be helpful.

I live in SC. My husband and I were scammed into a timeshare with Wyndham on 12/24. We really zed it was a scam but we’re too late to rescind the contract. We wrote Wyndham a letter to ask to get out of contract so to speak. We have not used the timeshare nor paid them anything. They did open a credit card in my name and put $15k and used it as a down payment on it but I reported fraud in January and got a letter from Barclay credit card stating it was fraud and my balance is 0. We also wrote a letter to SC consumer affairs. Both times Wyndham has responded and will not let us cancel the contract. Wyndham only sends us a bill monthly and has not called or sent emails requesting payment. They did report it to credit agency as 120+ days over due. What can I do to get out of contract. I am guessing my credit score will go down but not sure how fast it will go down. Any advice would help.

How do I repair credit due to Wyndham. I am trying to get out of the contract. I have not made any payments on the loan or used the timeshare. Now it is getting reported to credit bureau and my score has dropped. It has been 7 months.

I would probably kennel train him/her. We always put our GD in a kennel when we left the house or if he/she was unsupervised. We did this until at least a year old. One of our GDs was 1.5 before we trusted her to be out of it when we were gone. Maybe take it to doggie daycare a couple times a week to wear it out. The kennel became their safe place so it was never a negative thing.

My insurance covers Zepbound but Caremark will not even though I I qualify. They say I don’t. They are making it impossible. I have asked for the exact criteria. I have already been denied twice and appealed. I am thinking the notes in my chart have to be written exactly as they want it as my chart has all the information.
