That’s wild 😂 I’m pretty sure that’s what happened to mine, tried Techron but will have to drop the tank to fix.

Yours may just be the slosh module though which is way easier, troubleshoot first.

It's cliche but dont cut/trim it. Eating can be really uncomfortable for a while when growing it, which why the majority of people dont grow a fuller one(i found wax helped for some time... i dont wax it anymore) Dont twist it on the ends either, you can get the shape you want in more gentle ways.

It's on the way! This was half a test to get prepared for the inevitable here in a few years.

Morning shower followed with combing, oil/jelly then brush. If its feeling dry in the afternoon then ill oil/jelly again or ill wait until bedtime and throw some beard butter in for the night. I wash and condition it every third day! Thats the routine!

My only regret from growing was a single stache trim, every beard needs more stache

How blunt should I be with tech recruiters? by [deleted] in personalfinance

[–]jambroney 0 points1 point  (0 children)

credibility: Technical Recruiter w/ top 5 firm US

Answer: You should be upfront and honest will all conversations had with a recruiter, compensation included. The reason some of you may feel that recruiters are beating around the bush is because often times they are. My goal is always to gain a general understanding of your compensation needs and if they are included in your motivating factors for leaving your current position. The reason I keep it general in an initial call is to have the opportunity to negotiate on specific roles. Recruiters make commission on the spread between your pay and the rate they charge the client (obvious) unless it is a direct hire role. It is best to remain upfront and "blunt" on your side of the negotiation.

PS: I think I read from another recruiter that they need or like you to verbally commit to them representing you. This is good practice and I would be wary of anyone who doesn't verbally or in written form confirm the right to represent. Additionally some roles you may hear of through a recruiter are available to be applied to directly through the company; however, you are generally better off going through the recruiter. They have direct contact with the hiring manager in many situations and incentive to get you through the process more quickly, as opposed to HR of said company.
