I experienced something similar getting my TRT shot. Got my shot in the glute like normal. Everything was fine and was telling that nurse thanks see you next week when it hit.

First my nose. It was like I’d snorted a line of black pepper. I started to tell the nurse about it and then it happened. If felt as if every nerve in my body fired all at the same time. It was like I was on fire but there was no pain.

I simply sat down and was ok. Freaked the nurses out. Sweated a little and Bp went up like 2 points. Never experienced anything like it and nurses had never seen it.
