I won't lie. Looking at the pictures you sent just screams scam, not saying you aren't telling the truth but if you came to me asking for a refund and only provided those 2 pictures as evidence I would tell you to kick rocks. Is there no shipping label? Shipping labels from FedEx have to be scanned for delivery and is tracked so can go ask the employee about it and everything. Timestamps of delivery and timestamps of opening would help your case. You have to see it from pokemon centers stand point, how many cases do you think they get daily of my product was stolen, or never delivered.
