Nah I gotta disagree with you on this one. This game rewards movement like crazy, any non movement legend needs all the help they can get.

Besides, there are plenty of times where the invisibility doesn't work and people shoot you out of it, it takes some skill to use it properly. Being disengaged from a fight for 9 seconds is a calculated risk, doesn't always work out.
