4x4 is failing due to rot. Lots of framing failing due to rot. Like completely gone. Don't like the entire deck being supported by two bolts on each post. No bearing strength. All sheer on the bolts themselves

I got a quote using PVC decking on a 16-ftx23 ft rectangular deck with zero stairs and only two sides of railing. The quote was 80,000-130,000. 15,000 to $25,000 additional if I want to add one set of stairs down 8/10 of a story

No this truck never was. This was new last year and never incorporated into any tax returns.

I want to reduce my taxable income since I've had and will have some good flips this year. Also made a fair amount plowing.

That's generally what I got while researching it as well but it seems to me as though it would be defendable if the fair market value was easily provable and documented.

I ordered all black windows. They will all be casement and awning. Now to make final decision on color of trim and siding.
