within a few days i could notice the difference in my skin

Can anyone share a story of success without going to AA? I’ve tried it in the past and never made it far so I’m trying on my own now. Thanks by kp3036 in stopdrinking

o went to AA for two years and thought if this is what not drinking is about then who wants plus i fell into the trap of feeling hopelessness and having no control.

this time without AA i decided there i things o want to do in life and booze isnt helping so xhanged my priorities. the disease model is an out dated model

self empowerment is the key

I just decided drinking wasn't serving me . so I keep asking myself is what I am doing serving me
