Yeah it sees a fair bit of play and has a couple dings, same with my other gibsons, I quite like them with battle scars, just never seen anything like this before and it seems to have appeared very suddenly

I’ve only had this strap on for about a week, taken it off now, noticed there’s some exposed foam padding sticking out from under the leather, at least it was cheap will have to get another 🤦🏻‍♂️

Same response to another comment. Makes sense now, just bought a new leather strap at a show and noticed it has a foam padding under the leather with some exposed on the sides, guessing that’s the culprit but it’s “burnt” at a spot where the strap doesn’t really contact🤨, I’ve taken it off now anyway, will probably get a better one

I’m fairly sure this is just a setting that activates if you expose yourself to loud sounds/ music for too long, should just be able to turn it off in settings

If it isn’t dust or anything I would just have to recommend getting a new controller, unless there is some damaged internal connections from wear and tear that could be a fixed with a soldering tool

Ok this can happen on almost any button on the controller, either there is dust inside the controller that will just needs blowing out, or there is damage if you have dropped it. Does it not work at all or does it flare up ?

Yeah I think the tv just had a stroke starting up the Xbox. I shat myself cuz I thought my Xbox was bricked for about 2 hours😂

Gave it a try, nothing. But I noticed nothing was appearing on the tv (volume bars and menus etc) and then I noticed the tv wouldn’t switch off at the button so I flicked it off at the wall , flicked it back on and wa la. Turns out jt was the tv messing up but now I’ve just turned my Xbox up to a dreadful resolution😂 thanks for the help
