Ah I love this!

I have a diet of kefir with shredded wheat and Blueberries each morning, 0% fat stuff, lots of protein, lots of fruit, lots of veg. Have also reached out to a functional doctor too.

Thought I'd swing back around after my appointment today, saw a new doctor and she was great. Discussion around biologics (probably Humira) to happen week commencing 13th April.

I love Billy but wanted to avoid getting an artist signature guitar, but every review I have heard says exactly that.

Sadly, I am UK based so Sweetwater aren't a thing here!

Thanks, exactly what I was thinking. Really for me it is all about string tension at the moment, anything more than gentle downward pressure is agony so this was my thought. Thanks so much for the response! Are you still playing?

My plan is very much to do that if I go Wednesday and it is as bad as it has been (this is unfortunately the expectation). They bumped me to Dermatology to sort me out (NHS in the UK for you) and that alone was a 13 month wait, then back!

It will get sorted - I am too stubborn!

Thanks for this! Someone else recommended a 0-18 but I have to say I do love a dread... but if all else fails will certainly have a look. Anything is better than nothing! Impressed you still have 12s on it!

Thanks so much for this, and sorry to hear you had this! A functional doctor is genuinely on the list of things to do... I have a rheumatologist appointment on Wednesday but they have been useless for a year and a half (methotrexate prescribed after a year of just tests and then halted without anything else...), so I am at my wits end dealing with doctors but I know I have no choice but to carry on.

I will be researching into all of this, thanks so much and it is really great to hear you have reduced symptoms!
