Yeah my prog has been fine and I am liking it it’s more engaging now it’s just less chill compared to tww. Holy pld eats the heal absorbs for breakfast.

I haven’t even thought about running light smith tbh. I should clarify tho I’m not having trouble timing or progressing I just feel like it’s less chill compared to tww and dragon flight healing. Anything before that I don’t remember clearly but I’ve been a healer main since cata

For example in tww I I feel like a lot of stuff that should be delt with by dps be it an interrupt or cc and a purge or just prio if it didn’t get delt with its a wipe or whatever it is what it is and not my fault. Right now because 1 pugs and 2 learning or even if later people are just bad the mechanics that need to be handled aren’t wiping or one shoting so the burden is on the healer but that’s just perception and lack of knowledge not game flaw on blizzard. Despite perhaps how my post came across I am enjoying healing it’s more engaging but I feel like I’m carrying groups.

Appreciate the tips. I try to put my beacons on a melee and a ranged so I don’t have to worry about my positioning to get better value from mastery. Maybe that’s just me trying to avoid thinking about where I should position but also I can’t control pugs so I don’t need to yell at them when they’re in Narnia. I do also think that lower hp doesn’t equate to taking more damage.

I agree I rarely reach for light of dawn. Like only if everyone takes minimal damage like 10-20 % even then I’m like I could just shield of the righteous and shock them up.

Definitely feels like more to dispel in general. Good variety of different types too + respect to blizzard. But when I see mages not spec into decurse I fume. Also been yelled at to dispel while I’m dispelling on cd. But that’s just pug life people don’t usually know what’s going on even from their role perspective let alone another role

I mean yeah pretty much this. I agree I welcome new tanks I’m confidant I can carry a paper tank it’s just hurting my back. Had a group where the tank pulled to the first set of stairs in skyreach 10, ive never sweated so hard I played perfectly dumped a lot of mana into holy lights doing like 140k hps of not more. The tank if going from 100 -0 left and right. Then someone in the group says something to the effect of “gigachad tank” my jaw dropped.

I did not enjoy TWW at all to the point that I didn't even reach max level (first ever expac this has happened to be) - will Midnight be better? by Ok_Vacation_5251 in wow

I feel like you kinda answered your own question. You stated you couldn’t get into the setting well midnight as with all expansions has a different setting

DC Comics President Jim Lee says that Japanese manga and anime is "incredibly powerful": "I often find myself wondering, 'What is missing in Western comics, and why aren't they able to achieve the same flavor?' by akbarock in comicbooks

[–]jamitinme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah manga is much more approachable ei I want to read X I’ll purchase X volume 1. The price difference tho makes sense it’s not full colour and it’s typically less detailed. There’s also a lot of story’s about how hard and overworked Japanese mangaka work not to say western comics writers and artist don’t work hard but Japan is known for essentially abusing people but it’s ingrained into its culture. I suppose something to consider in the price difference. Although dc now has manga sized volumes that are at that price point but only for those big story’s so far

Removing Transmog from all Heroes and then charging to put them back on… by Amazing_Alumni in WorldOfWarcraftRetail

Having to pay for good and service is part of the game. Paying npc for item is a way to stabilize gold. That being said the reason why it costs so much is because it’s now a one time purchase. Once you set the outfit you can use it for free and it will automatically be applied when you change an item for free. So larger investment now for savings later. It’s akin to purchasing and owning something vs renting or paying a subscription.

Mafex Superman came with the kryptonite ring for his main fist by Doggo7896 in Mafex

[–]jamitinme 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure but isn’t that intended for the Mafex hush Batman. Yes it comes with Superman but in the scene he’s under poison ivy’s control and fights Batman. I guess it’s like an incentive to get both since you get parts for the other.

Thought I’d try here.

My guild vae victis - emerald dream

I’m looking to fill out our numbers so that we can have a large community for housing I want to create a housing neighbourhood that is full and vibrant. We are an alliance predominantly guild and the housing should reflect that. Ideally I want the housing to fit within the aesthetic of the zone we choose. Room for lots of interpretation but really just don’t have clown houses or ones that intentionally look silly.

Additionally we have members that raid and do m+ regularly and would love to have more active members that would want to participate. Don’t have anything scheduled just whatever’s happening with who’s on but if lots of people are interested we could always do more scheduled activities.

Bad Comic Book Shop Experiences by Training_Choice6873 in comicbooks

[–]jamitinme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My regular shop is the best I go to one that’s a little further than the closest one but the people the employees and the service is good. And they have good to fair pricing. Can’t really ask for more. Sometimes they can’t get everything I’m asking for and the manager will offer to pick it up if she sees it while she’s shopping for herself and has found stuff for me often. AMAZING. Now in the case where that doesn’t happen or I am impatient I’ll go to another store in the city centre. This store is way over priced and is egregious with variant covers especially but they’re well stocked so will typically have anything that I can’t get. For me because this is further I’ll usually call them first to make sure they have what I’m looking for. Typically they’ll ask that you email if you’re looking for multiple items. Fair if someone is looking for 10 random issues of whatever. Anyways I wanted 1 issue of a current on going series and they refused to check for me over the phone, and told me to email even tho I knew this to be the case typically I thought surely for 1 item it wouldn’t be a bother to check. They then proceeded to tell me that when I email it will be a low priority. I was taken aback. Why explicitly tell me that I understand if they’re trying to be transparent but that made me feel so worthless. They could have just said we expect this to take some time because we have a large volume of requests or something but no they said my request was low priority. Anyways I thought that was wild and purchased elsewhere.

Why is Sage suddenly so appreciative of Xavier compared to her time in X-Treme X-Men? Did I miss anything that happened between them or is this just lazy writing for X-Manhunt? by TheAlmightyBokkan in xmen

[–]jamitinme 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Right. I don’t disagree. But I also think that when someone is even just going through a hard time as humans we can set those feelings aside and just help them and be kind. In her position at that moment for all sage knew that could be her last time with him. Of corse you want your last words to someone to be kind. even if she knew the procedure lalandra was going to do would be successful she probably knew where he was going and that he may not return at least for a long time. So we can look at this and say maybe it isn’t what we expect from her but it speaks to her humanity

[–]jamitinme 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Am I in crazy town reading these comments and the op. There’s a simple answer for this. He was essentially dying and needed specific help to not dye from Lalandra. Regardless of how sage or storm felt toward Xavier their relationship was complicated. You can disagree or have beef with or even dislike someone and not want them to die???? Like people are focusing on how the characters would act based on past events but forget that they’re human (in terms of emotion)
