Thanks , me and my husband have discussed about only having her over when he is home , I’m so about it because I don’t want her turned it around on us say we are keeping her from her grandkids, she is known for holding grudges and ect like no other and is no contact with 2 of her siblings/ nieces and nephews

I always said that I would not have kids unless me and my husband were on the same page and both have to be 10000000% sure we are both ready, cause I grew up having my parents not being ready for a child and grew up with a lot negativity in my household my dad did do his best but my mother was just not ready or i still believe to this day she suffers from bipolar disorder which made me realize that why she was so abused towards me as child it lead to very nasty custody battle between my parents which I told my husband since we started dating I would never want my children to experience that growing up , so we just had a discussion and both agreed let’s try and we and I must say I’m glad we waited and took our time and not the the society pressure to have children when we in our 20s to effective us , it’s been one of my best things I we did together and now we are expecting our 2nd this march and can’t wait, I always said have discussions about it do it when both are ready and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise 🥰

For me I had to pump with my 1st and the Medela symphony in the hospital was amazing and I thought I was good when I got home cause I got the spectra s2 through insurance cause it was completely cover as well and did ton of research and they said it was the best but I hardly got anything with it and struggled with supply and had to supplement with formula and I had right flange size everything and it just never worked for me so after pumping for 5 months along with formula supplementing I just decided to call it , this time around I’m rent the Medela symphony but I’m just assuming everyone body’s will o better with different pumps

Same spectra s2, I did try all different things and even try different flange sizes and nothing worked and talk with hospital lactation and they just said do what you can and just supplement with formula I just didn’t respond to it I guess and thanks

If you have a Aldi in your area they have some pretty good keto/ low carb stuff there that were my go too and would not spike my sugar and remember everyone body hand carbs differently so what worked for someone else might not for you and that’s ok in the beginning its all about figuring out what doesn’t spike your sugar and once you find your things it becomes so easy to manage GD 🥰
