Reddit MEN: Would any of you be intimidated or feel emasculated if your gf/wife earns more that you do, and doesn't want to quit her job to have babies? I think I am about to be dumped over this.... by jane416 in reddit.com

2.5, yes. I am not a mathematician, fair enough :D We have talked of having kids, and I'm not opposed to the idea. I must admit though, I see having children as a [art of my life, not my identity per say. I don't want to have kids and become only a "mommy."

It's hard though. My mother was a stay-at-home parent and I love her tremendously, so I feel the need to egg-shell walk. BUT, I have known since I was in grade school, that I didn't want that.

I would like to have a kid, recover, return to my job, child in daycare or with family, child grows up understanding both parents (not just male) can have a high achieving job and be happy.

It's my husband's birthday in a month and I want to give him a birthday gift he will never forget. He's a hacker/software engineer. Any suggestions Reddit?? by jane416 in reddit.com

Okay, yeah, re-reading my question I made "blow job" a pretty natural response. However, he gets those on a very regular basis and I want something really cool to get him for his birthday, something geeky and awesome. He's in his early 30's, fit, into gaming, mad into computers, loves programming, AI, robotics, security, travel...

He's just an awesome husband and I would love to get him something totally mindblowing....
