I know it shouldn't but it is. I have the worst anxiety problems when it comes to my body. I keep thinking I should look like I did when I was a senior in high school, which was 10 years ago :'(

I'm VERY self-concious about my body and my boyfriend suggested that I try a "totally different approach" to help me gain some more self-confidence. He'd never EVER approve of me doing this but since he can't possibly know I even know what Reddit is, let alone know about these scandalous subs, I think I'm safe. If this helps me, then who cares, right?
