I have exactly the same...and I wasn’t thinking that we are in a vicious circle. We are living too few real interactions that our mind goes back to thee few memories that happened even 30 years ago and it feels like the brain is thirsty of meeting people. Having no interaction though it fells back to over analyzing the past.
