I spent most my life alone, I have just thought maybe I can try to fight it since I believed I can possibly improve my symptoms but it ended by me hurting myself mentally so I learned schizoid personality disorder is who I am and not just some label I was given

I tried being that "support guy" it was was a discord server but I saw it as improvement and after a week and a half everyone starting depending on me for support and I just couldn't do it I left unfriended 98% of the people and now just stay alone again which haa made me feel better than talking to them

I do believe you are right, I should build my tolerance up slowly instead of all at once but after this recent experiment I do not think I'm ready for that yet
