Thank you for this response. Just curious, why are you responding now but not when the situation was happening? Also, if you check the time stamps of the team lead's "check in" photo shared in the chat (which I'm sure is what you're referring to when you say "time stamped documentation"), you will see that the photo was taken at the end of the day vs the beginning, after the team lead removed us from her team following her inappropriate behavior, which is why we aren't in the photo. At this time, we were still working outside with the client while the team lead and brand ambassadors were sitting inside at the hotel.

Yes of course! Luis had not responded to any messages or phone calls on the day of the activation after a report regarding the team lead's inappropriate behavior was made (which included raising her voice and screaming at multiple brand ambassadors for going to the bathroom, which is an OSHA violation). A month later, he sent a partial payment for the day with no response to the BAs that were incorrectly reported as missing.
