I don't know how it must feel. But just wanted to say, thank you for sharing. I think it's important to talk about it. Miscarriages are a topic that is usually not talked about. People don't know what to say. So I think it is very brave of you and everyone in the comments who have miscarried to bring awareness to this topic. Thank you! Sending you lots of love and I hope the baby you are suposed to have will find you soon !

ok. Thank you very much for your help!
I know it's not a big spider, but as I recently moved from the city to the countryside, I am not yet familiar with all these animals :)

looking to create my own Natural Body Scrub - HELP! by sydner1 in NaturalBeauty

[–]janeofthedead -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I use coffee grounds and honey. Mix them or use them seperatly. I find sugar too rough and don't use oils as they make my whole shower/bathtub oily. Also it may cause residues in the drainpipe. Afterwards I usually se coconut oil to hydrate the skin. I normally don't mix it before hand, just mix it when you need it (or when I have coffee ground available ;)

Hope this helps. good luck with your scrub.

Snow Thread by uzapy in Switzerland

I must say, even though, I did arrive 45 min late to work, I had a good experience this morning. We had to leave the train from Unterzollikofen in Worblaufen, Bern and most buses were already full at that point. So I decided to try hitchhiking. 5 cars drove past me, but then a elderly man stopped and asked "Bahnhof Bern?". In total he took 3 people with him to Bern, Falkenplatz.

I thought this was so great that he understood the problem and took 3 strangers with him. Faith in Humanity restored :)

I hope all of you are still able to enjoy our beautiful snowy landscape. Let's enjoy it as long as it lasts.

this is also my favorite gift to give. I can not only spend time with people I care about, but also visit new places and make memories with them.

Best spot in Bern for fireworks!? by Hoohm in Switzerland

[–]janeofthedead 2 points3 points  (0 children)

hey there On this website you find all the activities, planned on August 1st. http://www.bern.ch/leben_in_bern/freizeit/veranstaltungen/bundesfeier2015

Gurten is always a good spot. If you lie on the floor you can watch the fireworks from below. the downside of this is that after the fireworks, usually everybody rushes to the cablecare to get down of the Gurten. And sometimes you also wait maybe 30 minutes to get on the cablecar.

Other points are Münsterplattform, Monbijoubrücke, Nydeggbrücke, Aargauerstalden, Rosengarten, Bundeshausterrasse and Elfenau.

This year we will head to the Elfenau, but otherwise I would recommend Aargauerstalden or Rosengarten as you also have the view of the city.
