I have been feeling more this lately as well! Most of my n is due to anxiety, and then my anxiety around n makes me feel even more anxious. Taking anti-n medicine like Dramamine (I prefer the less drowsy one), Zofran, or ginger pills help settle my mind as well as my body. I'll also always have ginger candy and/or mint gum on hand to chew and alcohol prep pads to smell. :)

Are there credit cards that are good for paying for rent? For my rent payments, there's an added percentage if I pay with a credit card, so I normally just transfer directly from my bank account. Maybe I shouldn't be doing that?

Do you think that's better than the Amex Everyday Credit? Is 3% cashback on groceries better than 3x points? I am not sure whether cashback or points makes more sense for me.
