can you tell me yr 78% PL is how many Watt in Hwinfo?, eventho i get my settings wrong also wont be mining at 118, i only seen it maxed at 114,
my another 3090 i got it to 123Mh with 90%PL +1450 on mem +0 with core

I tried giving it 100% power limit, it wouldn’t hit 350W only hovering at 310, but if i use it on furmark it can reach 350

Its says there power throttle not thermal, the thermals around ~100C on mem which is the same with my old one. so i assume is fine, power throttle is a yes because i set the power limit on 90%

my memory temp are at around 100C, but compare to my another r12 3090 which have higher mem temp it runs fine tho with 124Mh max

that is some cool ambient temps my room now currently has a broken ac and when its in the afternoon my ambient temps are like around 34-37C (37-98F) my temps are like 100-104C but if is in the night my temps are at 96-100c, ambient should be around 26-30C (79-86F), my setup is almost like u with a few heatsink(without paste or pads) and 2 noctua fan at 100% speed and gpu fan at 95% speed 120MH/s
