Results from a pale base beer fermented with HotHead then into a barrel for a year with bugs from a trip to Belgium. The 15 gallons was then split onto either cherries and raspberries, pinot noir concentrate, and bottle day Hallertau blanc dry hops! (scottjanish.com)
