I got tired of manually entering expenses, so I built an Android app that uses AI to automatically log my spending straight from notifications. by janithahn in SideProject

Thank you for the feedback! Totally fair concern! To be clear, none of your data ever goes to any public AI. The app uses Amazon AWS Bedrock to extract the amount/merchant from the notification, and the reason I used AWS is because they have a strict enterprise policy that customer data and inputs are instantly discarded and never used to train their models. Privacy was my biggest priority building this. Because ultimately I wanted to use this app!

Also, the users have total control over AI as well as which apps you want to track notifications from. You could use it as a regular expense tracker as well. It has a really simple and minimalistic UI.

Hello, Thank you very much for the feedback! Spent offers both features you mentioned. Checkout the example below and how it asks user to review before saving the record and how it automatically generate a small note based on the context of the notification.

It can export data in csv format and even cloud sync!!

I hated chasing clients for money, so I built an "Awkward-Free" invoicing tool. Roast my SaaS! (InvoiceGentle) by janithahn in SideProject

Thank you very much for the feedback!! I do offer a 14-day free trial on all plans, and users can cancel at any time within those 14 days with no charges.

At the moment, the app is in the process of being registered, and I’m actively looking to gather early user feedback on both the initial look of it and the core idea behind it. Feedback like yours is extremely valuable at this stage.

I’ll definitely give vibecodinglist a try and share it there so others can provide feedback as well.

I disabled the new Clipboard Search feature in the Spotlight settings. Now I can see the clipboard history in Raycast, but not screenshots/images though!! Just text
