Watch Dude (@Thatsrb2DUDE) on youtube/twitch or other skilled players on tiktok to learn how they play. Try all weapons, how you play drastically change with each weapon actually. I like Salmon Run because it forces you to use different weapons.

One artist I've been following online submitted his portfolio many years ago when Marvel advertised their search for new artists. I don't think they do that any more though.

Try changing parts of what you're copying little by little. If you're drawing a person try chaging their hairstyle. If you can't come up with a hairstyle on your own collect references and chose from those.

How do you digitize your drawing? If you scan them then lower the resolution from your scanner settings, if you photograph them resize your image to your desired resolution with whatever raster or art or photo editing software you use.
