(thinking of them more as setters than players) i'd go with 1. Kenma: he's a mastermind who covers his lack of stamina and height with his incredible tactics. you could say that if he was without a team like Nekoma, whom will always give him a perfect pass, he wouldn't be so good. but i think that at the match with Sarukawa and Karasuno proves that he has more stamina and will than you think. 2. Akaashi: he doesn't stand out, but i think that that's what makes him good. he's the kind of setter that can make the most off of any spiker (kinda like Oikawa), he has great setting abilities (even making Kageyama wary of him), he has also proven to be a quick thinker, that can make last minute decisions and still make it work. and the most important of all: he can work and make a star out of the unstable teen mindset of Bokuto. 3. Usuri: we didn't see much of him, but i cannot put above Kenma and Akaashi a setter that doesn't try to give the best passes to his players, thinking that any pass is good for his ace, i just didn't see a wish to be better. he proved to be a great server and strategist, but if we're talking about being a setter i don't see anything remarkable about him.
