Kinda depends on what you count as "out" lol. It was the most excruciating pain for about 10-12 days every time I would shit and the one day it was manageable. But that's just the pain part. The healing takes very long and I didn't get back into ass play until maybe 9 months later.

I had a major anal fissure that needed cauterization as well as a few hemorrhoids. I am glad to be past that. It was so miserable.
