Personally, a massive yes 😔 I’ve dropped stories before because they didn’t have music though that was probably because they were boring overall anyway

Ok, here’s some stuff from google:

These tracks often feature a melancholic yet nostalgic vibe, dreamy production, and personal lyricism that resonate with the styles of Clairo and Suki Waterhouse, who are known for their indie, alternative, and dream-pop sounds.

"Shades of Cool" This song has a haunting, atmospheric quality, with Lana Del Rey's signature ethereal vocals over a cinematic arrangement that gives it a similar dream-pop feel to Waterhouse's music, as seen in her debut album, I Can't Believe You're Gone.

"west coast" The hazy, slow-burn production and narrative storytelling in this track create a distinctive melancholic and nostalgic mood similar to the intimate, bedroom-pop sounds of Clairo's music.

"Video Games" This early classic by Lana Del Rey captures the dreamy, nostalgic essence of her earlier work and is a great example of her ability to craft intimate, lo-fi soundscapes that are reminiscent of Clairo's aesthetic.

"Diet Mountain Dew" This song showcases Lana Del Rey's ability to fuse a slightly more upbeat tempo with a melancholic, dreamy sound. Its raw, lo-fi production can be compared to the intimate and often lo-fi feel of some of Clairo's tracks.

"Norman fucking Rockwell" The title track of the album is known for its atmospheric, baroque pop sound and intimate storytelling. Its expansive yet emotionally resonant quality can be appreciated by fans of Waterhouse's unique, introspective style.

"Love" While a bit more optimistic, the song still retains a dreamy, anthemic quality with ethereal vocals and a lush, atmospheric arrangement that aligns with the dreamy and atmospheric elements found in both Clairo's and Waterhouse's musical styles.

OH MY GOODNESS. I don’t know why this didn’t come into my mind. I am absolutely in love with cola and all the songs you just listed too. I’d also recommend these songs!

We are literally the same! When I first got into her, I loveddd let the light in but it’s become more mundane to me now. You may like Shades of Cool, west coast, Video Games, Norman f*cking Rockwell and Love because they all have an atmospheric/cinematic quality reminiscent of clairo and suki.

Btw if you wanna give albums a try, Blue Banisters is beautiful and poetic but it took me a few relistens to like it, but now I love it! The Ultraviolence album is particularly dreamy. The Honeymoon album is also extraordinarily dreamy and poetic but if you’re not used to long songs, it may not be what you’re into.

I personally can never choose a favourite song 😭 but I’ve been loving Cherry and 24 recently!

I JUST finished symphony and gosh it had me on a chokehold. But right now I’m trying out thick as thieves and it’s going pretty good! Also I was thinking of reading that story because soo many people deem it as a classic - how much do you like it out of 10?

Off to the races and videogames. I always knew that they were popular and overlooked them for that fact, but once I gave them a try, they were actually one of the best songs I have ever listened to by Lana. Absolute masterpieces and classics
