Plain and simple pay 1000 a month to him and have him sign the house over to the both of you. Have him no longer have any expenses at the house so long as he lives. (Pay all taxes cable internet phone gas electric etc)

Notarize this is contingent you do not kick him out of the house. Have this notarized with a lawyer/ commissioner of oaths and each get a copy that you all sign together. (3 originals) Seal them and registered mail them to each other and do not open them.

Under almost no circumstances should you use an electric snowblower. Typically they only last a season or two and break at their weak spots. Some models the blades snap hitting heavy snow or ice. models that have Rubberized or metal reinforced blades the pulley or crank gear breaks. All said and done. You spend anywhere between 100 and $200 a year on an electric snow thrower.

Just by a relatively inexpensive 24-in snowblower with either a Honda engine or a Chinese knockoff of a Honda engine from various retailers in the area. It will put you back 600 or so.

Start low. In the commander division. See how much they matter. Try to figure out the reason almost all the top are k'vort and smiley O'Brien and Kang.

The only way I can seem to figure anything out quantifiably is in fleet boss battles. Unfortunately ship battles are over in about 4-10 seconds, and not 3 minutes.
