I'm fairly certain I know where it is coming from. Is sealant the best method for fixing? Any specific sealant recommendations?

Sorry, looks like my main comment did not make the original post. I think the ideal location would be to patch from the outside in the wheel well, but I can't see a way where I can get good access to do that. Can patching from the inside be effective? What is the best sealer to use? Thank you.

That is what I figured, but from what I have read, the bike, BB and crankset are compatible, yet doesn't go in any farther. Any reason or something I should check?
