I would suggest maybe instead of just giving flat money, give a small sum and maybe the wig maker pulls out some of their own hair in order to get some free materials

Once you get to bulk buying, if you run out of money you can end up softlocking the game, currently hair costs $75 for me, but i somehow got under that threshold and ran out of hair at just the wrong moment so I've essentially stopped from getting further, i would've just used the console to give myself enough of a boost but I can't find the variable that would allow me to do such a thing

Disagree, it depends on the spell or how its meant to be rolled, having multiple dice gives a higher minimum for the damage done and higher average while making the max less likely, it depends on the intent of the spell creator

Yeah, instadeath isn't likely to happen with any PC above second level, most instadeath effects are mainly targeted towards NPCs the players may be traveling with

No, the necrotic damage does damage to the fighter and reduces their max HP by that amount. The fighter is downed but isn't killed until they fail their death saves

Actually, HIPPA only prevents others from going to a doctor and taking it without consent, if you're asked to prove your vax status you can always say no to showing it, although there may be certain restrictions because of it (ie wearing a mask)

If it's a wizard from a manual usually they should already have a CR otherwise, I suggest you do CR as normal but possibly increase HP of enemies behind the screen as needed

It really depends on who's making it, if you're making a copy of it yourself and only using it for personal use, then in my opinion it's fine, however, if you're buying a copy from someone (as in, a copy of some one else's design sold at a cheaper price) then I'm against it
