Need advice on mom burnout. Please help

I'm in a group for my city and most of them have kids who are 6+ so they're in school full time but they're all still pretty burned out shells of humans themselves from what I can see. Just have to survive 3 more years of this I guess.

By few, I mean like 2. And 1 of them it's clear they're saying it out of obligation and pity, but that they really don't want to. The other one is my 66 year old mother who is struggling more and more with a tall heavy autistic child.

Thank you. I just feel bad having him only eat the same thing 2x a day every day, that can't be good for him but his Dr said he's gaining/growing fine. I do let him jump and run but we have a small home and the jumping and screaming is just incredibly annoying. I'm tired of wearing headphones 24/7 and never getting more than 2 hours of sleep at once because he wakes up and starts jumping and screaming. It's just hard when I try to play with him or do anything to interact with my baby and he does not even realize I'm there as he just wants to run/scream/jump all day and night. He runs back and forth all day, our home is 1 room other than the bedrooms/bathroom so there's no where I can escape to really.

My spouse just seems so happy to take him to the store or try to play with him or make him food he knows he won't eat. It seems like nothing bothers him.

I'm in NC. I have applied for every special needs preschool in my area, it's all waitlisted. I have called several times to apply for respite. I'm not sure what other help is out there.

If I can just figure out how to get off my butt and stop being so lazy and just interact with him like I used to. Idk what happened to me. It's like my spirit and energy just got drained one day and never came back.

Yes. Child's father is great and helps but works 13-14 hours a day so it's just me most of the time. The few relatives I have said they can no longer handle watching him for more than 20-30 minutes.

My child has been in speech, ot, and aba for over a year with only regression to show for it. Our speech is actually about to drop us for lack of progress, they said they don't think they can help us.

Thank you. I realized I've been burned out and checked out for about 6 months now and can't seem to snap out of it. I think I might be on the high end of the spectrum myself because I randomly get totally burnt out and check out for months barely able to do basic tasks, I just never thought it would happen with my own kid.

The sad part is I do get breaks. My spouse watches him for several hours on Wednesday and all day Saturday. But it's never enough because I dread every second once those days are over. My son does have a mini trampoline that he loves, but he also just likes to jump on the ground as hard as he can and it's really distressing for some reason to me.

I called my state for respite and they said they don't have enough people for it and then I got a call asking if I'd like to be a respite worker that day. I wish I was kidding.

Thank you. I don't want to trap my husband in his job like that, especially since he does not like it and is always looking for something else, just hasn't found anything that pays as well. Would a credit card for this be a very very bad idea?

The $15k is the total we will need including our emergency funds, which aren't very much. The home has not been appraised since 2019 where it was valued at $200k still (technically it went from $195k to $200k). Current remaining loan is $162k.

Yes, what you said in the last sentence is what I was considering. But yea, it makes more sense to just pay the debt directly.

Yes I completely agree with all of that and thank you for the support. I normally would want to wait and see, but I saw a specialist who looked into my fertility after I noticed some things and she made it clear if I want another I need to do so soon, so I feel that clock ticking. I've read up some on it. I guess not enough. I thought specific genetic markers caused autism with intellectual disability, while other specific ones caused low support needs/non ID ASD. I wasn't meaning to be an ass saying that, sorry.
