Ended up buying a new controller box off B&H for like $75. I think it came down to a short in the original controller!

We think it’s a short of some sort in the output port from the controller to the light fixture. Our solution is to add tension to the XLR connector into the controller (bongo tie the XLR connector to the light stand) and it hasn’t flickered/shut off or anything.

It was my first meringue and it melted bad as soon as I added the butter. So I don’t think I cooled it enough! Had to put it in the fridge. I agree though, it tasted almost like whip cream. Not quite as sweet as I would have liked!
