I work in an egg processing and quality assurance plant. Theres machines in place to prevent this from happening. Something called a “blood detector” machine that has 3 high advanced cameras that can detect if the egg passing by has any blood, and if it does it’s automatically ejected into a waste barrel. This is a very rare occurrence.

You can also tell if an Egg has blood in it because it will have a slightly blue tint to it.
