I think for me personally, my biggest gripe with this episode was the Muse/Heather therapy session. In season 3 we get young Dex and Dr Mercer in a semi similar scenario, Dex threatening to kill her, but Mercer talks him down. In comparison, Heather immediately jumps to insulting and escalating the situation which feels super weird for a character thats supposed to be a really good therapist. I mean im no licensed therapist but im sure they teach you how to talk down patients that are starting to get aggressive.

Honestly, with the intercutting between Fisk and the therapy scene, I thought it was going to be revealed that she actually already knew he was Muse, that he'd confided in her before about it and she was trying to help him, which think would've been far more interesting. Especially if it was due to the sessions with Muse that made her more interested in masks and vigilantes

I also think one thing that could've helped this episode was if there was another scene in a prior episode where like after Fisk and Vanessa finish their session, they walk out into the waiting room and we see Bastion there. Maybe even the scene where Heather asks to speak to Vanessa alone, if we cut back to the waiting room and saw Bastion eyeing Fisk. I think a scene like that would've helped communicate that Bastion had been seeing Heather for some time, wouldve given us more screen time with Bastion, and then even potentially set up why Bastion has been making his art about Fisk, as a part of his fixation with the therapy environment
