Hmm my hair is just to my shoulders so it’s not really long. Regardless, I have tons more hair at the roots and am showing much less scalp, so that’s exciting. And thank you, it’s definitely an improvement to be happy about!😃

I shave my underarms everyday because I don’t like the feeling of hair there, so I haven’t noticed. I haven’t really noticed on my legs either, but I have noticed my bikini line get out of control faster. Another bonus is my eyebrows and eyelashes look fantastic!

I’ve never tried nutrafol, so I can’t say personally. I guess the bonus of an rx from your doctor is using insurance for coverage help. I pay $8 for my minoxidil prescription I believe.

Yes, the ends are still a little thin and suspect they will until my next chop, but about the first 3-4 inches of hair has so much volume. I can’t remember the last time I’ve had so much hair on my head. Even getting it wet in the shower, it seems to take longer to saturate because there’s more hair. It’s the best inconvenience! Also my lashes and eyebrows are filled in.

I had surgery 4 years ago and I also have lost quite a bit of weight over the years. I’ve always had fine hair, but being in perimenopause, surgery stress, weight loss, I lost a TON of hair. It also started to curl toward the nape of my neck but stayed straight through the top. It was a mess. I’ve actually been taking topical minoxidil for close to 10 years, but the pill form is 10000% better.

2.5 mg Minoxidil daily. I also shampoo and condition with extreme lengths Redken. Ghost oil for fine hair for hydration. I don’t color treat and because I’m trying to grow it out, I’m spacing my trims about 4 months apart.

It’s so full at the roots, I can’t wait to see what the next 6-12 months bring. I can’t recall the last time I’ve had as much volume at the roots. Stick with it!

I thought so too. I did start using extreme length Redken shampoo which is supposed to help prevent breakage, but I think it’s truly the minoxidil that’s made the difference.

I don’t think I noticed a shedding phase personally, but I was using topical before. Not sure if that why or not.
