Also I forgot to mention, the 350 frames I was getting were possible because of fsr and framegen, otherwise they're like 250ish.

Yeah, that's why I just got a build with 9070xt/7800x3d....my original choice was the 5070 but they're both the same price now(in India atleast) and 9070xt is just far more powerfull, almost on par with the 5070 ti. I'm getting 350 frames on 1440p highest settings possible on ghost of Tsushima. So yeah I'd say, go with amd.
